REFUND POLICY

Returns
All sales are final. We are a small business run by our family and all our art and merchandise is made specifically for you based on your selections. We don't have a warehouse to store products or process returns. We appreciate your understanding and are grateful for your order! 

Orders in Process
We start production on each product immediately when it is ordered based on the exact details of the order. While we can change certain things about orders such as shipping address, we cannot cancel, alter size, selections or type for orders after they are placed. Please be certain of all details before placing your order. Thank you!

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If your product is damaged in shipping, please email us your order number and photos to info@artofscooter.com so we can begin the process of replacing your order. Thank you!

Shipping
Shipping time depends upon your specific order details. We make each product specifically for you when it is ordered. We estimate 7-14 business days for production and shipping for most of our products and will do our best to get it to you even quicker if possible!
