I really fell in love with Frank Sinatra’s music when I was animating for Disney.  Each day at work I'd take a park walk around Hollywood Studios to get some fresh air and stretch my legs.  Most of the time, the music they were playing was Frank.  I loved how his music made me feel. To me, and I think most of his fans, when you hear his music, it makes the world seem more innocent and romantic and gives the feeling that life is perfect.

The heart of this piece is when you’re true to yourself and go after your dreams, you never know the impact you’re going to have on this world!  Frank had a powerful start to his career but faced a difficult time when he lost for voice for almost a year.  That mixed with a changing culture brought him into a time of declining popularity.  Frank decided to reinvent himself and the rest is history.  Part of his reinvention was building up a small cowboy town called Las Vegas into what it is today.  He was instrumental in helping Vegas become the amazing destination it is today.  It was said about Frank that a typical entertainer could fill a Las Vegas hotel, but Frank could fill the whole town.  I truly believe when you’re true to yourself and go after your dreams, no matter how difficult it is, you can greatly impact the world in an amazing way!
